Elizabeth Heiskell, nationally recognized food personality, bestselling author, TODAY Show contributor, and founder of Debutante Farmer, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker at the 2025 Sanderson Farms Championship Women’s Day Luncheon. The luncheon, presented by International Paper, will be held on Tuesday, September 30, at The Country Club of Jackson, MS.

Born and raised in the Mississippi Delta, Heiskell has turned a passion for Southern food and hospitality into a thriving national brand. In addition to her regular appearances on NBC’s TODAY Show, she is the author of several cookbooks, including What Can I Bring? and Come On Over!, and is the founder of Elizabeth Heiskell Catering, a highly regarded event and hospitality company based in Oxford, Mississippi.

During Women’s Day, Heiskell will bring her signature warmth and wit to the stage, sharing her journey from the Delta to the national spotlight and offering inspiration on entrepreneurship, resilience, and entertaining with joy. A breast cancer survivor and advocate for early detection, Elizabeth’s story resonates with women across generations.
